It is the responsibility of the customer (Hirer) to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:

  1. These units have an age limit of 14 years, (except the Adult blue bouncer). Please ensure no-one over this age uses the inflatable.
  2. No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable. (To avoid choking & mess).
  3. All shoes, badges and jewellery MUST be removed.  It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
  4. No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or “silly string” must be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the inflatable.
  5. No smoking, fires or barques to be used near the inflatable.
  6. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
  7. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
  8. Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it.  If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.
  9. If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will reduce your electric bill.
  10. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. The step is there to help users get on and off.
  11. Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
  12. Do not allow users to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
  13. The blower at the back may have a safety reset button.  In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower at the mains, and then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart.  If it does not, or there is a power cut, inform us IMMEDIATELY.
  14. Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
  15. Please ensure anchors stakes/weights are secure regularly whilst in use.
  16. In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off for safety reasons.  When safe to re-use switch back on and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing children back on.
  17. Please ensure that no water is sprayed/thrown near electrical equipment.
  18. No signs are to be glued/taped/pinned or hung on the inflatable at all.
  19. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable.
  20. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.
  21. In the unlikely event that the inflatable needs to be cleaned use only small amounts of washing up liquid and warm water.  DO NOT USE CHEMICALS OR ANY OTHER CLEANING AGENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

  23. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your booking, Please contact us AT LEAST 48 HOURS before the date of your booking. Cancellations made within the last 48 hours of your booking will be liable to a £20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the day of hire will be subject to the full cost of the hire.

  • please remember if the inflatable is dirty or damaged when collected the Hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.
